摘要
近年来,鉴于工业园区污水厂排放标准提高、处理规模增加和出水无法稳定达标等问题,工业园区污水处理提标改造势在必行。本文以某工业园污水处理厂扩建及提标改造工程为例,通过分析污水水质特征和系统存在问题,介绍扩建及提标改造工程工艺流程选择、工艺特色和主要构筑物设计参数等。最终出水各项指标均优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物质排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A排放标准,其中COD(Chemical Oxygen Demand,化学需氧量)和氨氮指标达到《湖南省城镇污水处理厂主要水污染物排放标准》(DB43/T 1546—2018)二级标准。本文提标改造工艺可为类似工业园区或执行严于国标的地方排放标准污水厂提标改造工艺流程设计提供参考。
In recent years,considering the improvement of discharge standard,the increasing amount of wastewater and failing to meet the discharge standards stably in industrial parks,the upgrading and reconstruction of sewage treatment in industrial parks is imperative.Taking the expansion,upgrading and reconstruction of a sewage treatment plant in an industrial park as an example,through analyzing the characteristics of sewage water quality and existing problems in the system,the procedure selection of expansion and upgrading renovation project is elaborated with the parameters of main structures and characteristics of the project design introduced at the same time.All indicators of the final effluent are better than the A level grade one in“Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant”.The indicators of COD and ammonia nitrogen were better than the level grade two“Discharge standard of major pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant”.The upgrading and reconstruction process provided a reference for the design of the upgrading and reconstruction process of similar sewage plants in an industrial park or executing local emission standards that are stricter than national standards.
