长江经济带绿色发展的宏观思考

Macro Thinking on Green Development of Yangtze River Economic Belt

长江经济带五年来在生态环境治理及经济社会发展中收获了良好效果,但在农业发展、涉污工业及新型城镇化建设中仍存在不少困难和挑战。根据生态环境的外部性、长期性和复杂性特征,要使长江经济带成为我国生态优先绿色发展主战场,必须牢固树立“区域一体化”和“生命共同体”理念,加强协同联动,促进生态环境修复保护,大力发展现代服务业,促进产业优化升级。

Over the past five years, the Yangtze River economic belt has achieved good results in ecological environment governance and economic and social development, but there are still many difficulties and challenges in agricultural development, pollution related industry and new urbanization construction. According to the externality, long-term nature and complexity of the ecological environment, in order to make the Yangtze River economic belt the main battlefield of ecological priority green development in China, we must firmly establish the concept of“regional integration”and“community of life”, strengthen coordination and linkage, promote ecological environment restoration and protection, vigorously develop modern service industries, and promote industrial optimization and upgrading.
