“双碳”目标下碳交易股价指数构建与研究

The Construction and Research of Carbon Trading Stock Price Index under the Goal of“Double Carbon”

选取我国股票市场碳交易板块下的10只样本股票,以每只股票2018年4月至2021年3月这三年间的月度平均收盘价为基础,以每只股票的基期总股本为权重,并令股价指数的基期点数为100点,构建了简单的碳交易股价指数。通过分析比较“双碳”目标提出前后股价指数的变动趋势,在一定程度上反映了国家政策目标导向对股价指数的影响,为各类证券投资者、金融机构和政策制定者提供参考依据。最后,从政府、金融部门机构和投资者三个角度提出相关对策建议,即我国的中央和地方政府要相互协调配合,加大各地区低碳环保政策的推行力度;金融监管部门和金融机构需进一步提升绿色创新服务能力;投资者要树立正确的投资理念,理性看待碳交易板块市场的涨跌。

Based on the average monthly closing price of each stock in the three years from April 2018 to March 2021,this paper selects 10sample stocks in the carbon trading sector of China’s stock market,takes the total equity of each stock in the base period as the weight,and makes the base period points of the stock price index as 100 points,and constructs a simple carbon trading stock price index.By analyzing and comparing the change trend of the stock index before and after the“two carbon”target is put forward,it reflects the influence of the national policy goal orientation on the stock index to a certain extent,and provides reference for all kinds of securities investors,financial institutions and policy makers.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions from the perspectives of government,financial sector institutions and investors,That is,China’s central and local governments should coordinate and cooperate with each other to strengthen the implementation of low-carbon environmental protection policies in various regions;Financial regulatory authorities and financial institutions need to further improve their green innovation service capabilities;Investors should establish a correct investment concept and rationally view the rise and fall of the carbon trading market.
