综合康复护理干预应用于围手术期大肠癌患者的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention Applied to Patients with Colorectal Cancer During Perioperative Period

目的论综合康复护理应用在围手术期对大肠癌手术患者的影响。方法随机将来我院治疗的86例肠癌手术患者(于2020年2月至2021年2月入院)分为观察组和对照组,平均43例。分别为两组患者在围手术期配合综合康复护理(观察组)和常规护理(对照组),统计两组研究对象经过不同护理之后的疼痛、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生率、护理前后的负面心理、生活质量、满意度等,并进行统计学比较。结果①术后观察组的疼痛评分明显低于对照组,胃肠功能恢复时间和住院时间都比对照组少(P<0.05)。②术后观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(6.98%vs.23.26%)(P<0.05)。③护理前,两组患者的HAMA评分和HAMD分数比较无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后,观察组的HAMA评分和HAMD评分改善效果比对照组更显著(P<0.05)。④护理前,两组患者的QLQ-30量表评分均比较,数据的差异不具有显著性(P>0.05),护理后,观察组的QLQ-30评分改善效果比对照组更突出(P<0.05)。⑤观察组(41例,占95.35%)护理以后对护理的满意度水平相比对照组(36例,占83.72%)更高(P<0.05)。结论采用手术治疗的大肠癌患者围手术期实施综合康复护理可有效的促进患者术后的康复,降低并发症的发生率,综合性的促进患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪的转归,改善其生活质量,提升满意度。

Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in perioperative period on patients with colorectal cancer surgery.Methods Eighty-six patients with bowel cancer surgery who were treated in our hospital in the future(admitted from February 2020 to February 2021)were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with an average of 43 cases.Respectively,the two groups of patients cooperated with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing(observation group)and routine nursing(control group)during the perioperative period,and the pain,gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospitalization time and postoperative complications of the two groups of subjects after different nursing were counted the incidence rate,negative psychology before and after nursing,quality of life,satisfaction,etc.,were compared statistically.Results(1)After operation,the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization time were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(6.98%vs.23.26%)(P<0.05).(3)The improvement effect of HAMA score and HAMD score in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)Before nursing,the scores of QLQ-30 scale in both groups were less than 70 points,and the difference in data was not significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the improvement effect of QLQ-30 score in observation group was more prominent than that in control group(P<0.05).(5)The observation group(41 cases,accounting for 95.35%),their satisfaction level with nursing after nursing was higher than that of the control group(36 cases,accounting for 83.72%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of colorectal cancer patients treated with surgery can effectively promote postoperative recovery,reduce the incidence of complications,comprehensively promote the outcome of patients'anxiety and depression,and improve their life quality,improve satisfaction.
