全自动血型分析仪与微板法在ABO血型筛查中的应用效果

Application Effect of Automatic Blood Group Analyzer and Microplate Method in ABO Blood Group Screening

目的分析ABO血型检测筛查中应用全自动血型分析仪与微板法的临床效果。方法选取本血站于2018年10月至2019年10月进行无偿献血者100例,通过采集献血者的乙二胺四乙酸二钾抗凝样本,分为对照组(给予微板法检测)与试验组(给予全自动血型分析仪检测)进行检测,对比两种血型筛查方式的检测结果、ABO血型的正反定型现象、O细胞凝聚中出现不规则抗体的概率。结果通过试验数据可知,两种检测方式均不存在错误现象,试验组的亚型漏检概率略少于对照组,且O细胞凝聚率略高于对照组,但组间差异性不大(P>0.05);试验组在ABO亚型、正反定型不符、抗体降低的检测中的概率稍高于对照组,正常性血型的概率低于对照组,但组间差异性不大(P>0.05);试验组在O细胞凝聚中出现不规则抗体的概率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过试验可知,全自动血型分析仪对于血型的检测、筛查具有较高的安全性、有效性,且对于不规则抗体的检查更为理想、有效。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of automatic blood group analyzer and microplate method in ABO blood group detection and screening.Methods For the blood stations in October 2018 to October 2019 to 100 cases of unpaid blood donors,blood donors through gathering of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid dipotassium anticoagulation samples,respectively microplate method(test)according to the control group and experimental group(fully automatic blood analyzer test),compared to two kind of way of blood screening test results,ABO blood group of the positive and negative stereotypes phenomenon,O cells condensed in the probability of irregular antibodies.Results According to the experimental data,there was no error in the two detection methods,but the subtype miss probability of the experimental group was slightly less than that of the control group,and the aggregation rate of O cells was slightly higher than that of the control group,with little difference between the groups(P>0.05).The experimental group was slightly higher than the control group in the detection of ABO subtype,incongruity of positive and negative stereotypes and antibody reduction.In the comparison of normal blood types,the experimental group was slightly lower than the control group,but there was little difference between the groups(P>0.05).The probability of irregular antibody in O cell coagulation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the experiment,it can be known that the automatic blood group analyzer has high safety and effectiveness for the detection and screening of blood group,and is more ideal and effective for the detection of irregular antibody.
