精神分裂症患者抑郁症状的心理护理干预及实施效果观察

Psychological Nursing Intervention on Depressive Symptoms of Schizophrenic Patients and its Effect

目的研究精神分裂症患者抑郁症状的心理护理干预及实施效果。方法选取本院于2022年1月至2022年6月收治的精神分裂症患者60例,按照随机数字表方法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),对照组精神分裂症患者采用常规护理干预方法,观察组精神分裂症患者采用心理护理干预方法,对比两组精神分裂症患者在不同护理干预方法下的心理情绪评分、阳性与阴性症状PANSS评分、护理满意度、简明精神BPRS评分、社会功能缺陷SDSS评分、临床指标、护理干预效果。结果两组精神分裂症患者护理后SAS评分、SDS评分低于护理前,观察组精神分裂症患者护理后SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组,对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。两组精神分裂症患者护理后PANSS量表评分低于护理前,观察组精神分裂症患者护理后PANSS量表评分低于对照组,对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组精神分裂症患者护理满意度高于对照组,对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组精神分裂症患者BPRS量表评分、SDSS量表评分低于对照组,对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组精神分裂症患者抑郁症状改善时间、治疗费用低于对照组,对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组精神分裂症患者护理干预总有效率高于对照组,对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者抑郁症状的心理护理干预及实施效果显著好转,心理护理干预下精神分裂症患者心理情绪显著好转、阳性与阴性症状显著缓解、护理满意度显著提高、简明精神状态显著好转、社会功能缺陷显著减少、临床指标显著好转、护理干预效果显著提高。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on depressive symptoms of schizophrenic patients.Methods 60 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The schizophrenic patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,and the schizophrenic patients in the observation group were treated with psychological nursing intervention.The psychological and emotional scores of the two groups of schizophrenic patients under different nursing intervention methods were compared PANSS score of positive and negative symptoms,nursing satisfaction,BPRS score of concise spirit,SDSS score of social function defects,clinical indicators and nursing intervention effect.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the patients with schizophrenia after nursing in the group were lower than those before nursing,and the SAS and SDS scores of the patients with schizophrenia in the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The scores of PANSS scale in the two groups of patients with schizophrenia after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of PANSS scale in patients with schizophrenia after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of schizophrenic patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The BPRS and SDSS scores of schizophrenia patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time and treatment cost of depressive symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention and implementation effect of depressive symptoms in schizophrenic patients have significantly improved.Under the psychological nursing intervention,the psychological mood of schizophrenic patients has significantly improved,the positive and negative symptoms have been significantly relieved,the nursing satisfaction has been significantly improved,the concise mental state has been significantly improved,the social function defects have been significantly reduced,the clinical indicators have been significantly improved,and the effect of nursing intervention has been significantly improved.
