全方位护理干预在米非司酮与米索前列醇配伍终止妊娠中的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Termination of Pregnancy with Mifepristone and Misoprostol

目的探讨全方位护理干预在米非司酮与米索前列醇配伍终止妊娠中的护理效果。方法选取我院2021年1月至2021年12月米非司酮与米索前列醇配伍终止妊娠患者160例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组80例与研究组80例。对照组患者行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予全方位护理干预。比较两组护理前后的不良情绪评分、阴道总的出血量、完全流产率、不良反应发生率和护理满意度等情况。结果护理前两组焦虑自评量表评分和抑郁自评量表评分比较,P>0.05,护理后两组焦虑自评量表评分和抑郁自评量表评分均显著降低,且研究组显著低于对照组,P<0.05。研究组的护理满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。研究组的完全流产率(100.00%)比对照组(80.00%)更高(P<0.05)。研究组阴道总的出血量低于对照组,P<0.05。研究组药物不良反应有2例,占2.50%,而对照组药物不良反应有14例,占17.50%,研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮与米索前列醇配伍终止妊娠患者实施全方位护理干预效果确切,能够有效减轻患者的不良情绪,提高完全流产率和护理满意度,减少阴道出血量,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in termination of pregnancy with mifepristone and misoprostol.Methods From January 2021 to December 2021,160 cases of pregnancy termination patients with mifepristone and misoprostol in our hospital were selected,and they were divided into a control group of 80 cases and a research group of 80 cases by random number table method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the research group were given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The adverse mood scores,total vaginal bleeding volume,complete abortion rate,incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,the scores of anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale were compared between the two groups,P>0.05.The anxiety self-rating scale score and depression self-rating scale score were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complete abortion rate of the study group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The total vaginal bleeding volume in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.There were 2 cases of adverse drug reactions in the study group,accounting for 2.50%,while 14 cases of adverse drug reactions in the control group,accounting for 17.50%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone and misoprostol combined with misoprostol to carry out comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with termination of pregnancy is effective,can effectively reduce the patient's negative emotions,improve the complete abortion rate and nursing satisfaction,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,worth promoting.
