优质护理干预对小儿支气管肺炎的影响分析

Effect of High-quality Nursing Intervention on Children with Bronchopneumonia

目的分析优质护理干预对支气管肺炎患儿病情影响。方法本次研究对象来源于本院儿科2021年10月至2022年1月住院的180例支气管肺炎患儿,分组的方法是依据随机数字表法,将纳入的患者平均分成了两组,各90例,对比组给予常规护理,观察组在对比组基础上给予优质护理,对比两组治疗依从性、症状消退时间、住院时间、并发症总发生率以及家属满意度。结果观察组对治疗的依从性较好,达到了95.56%,而对比组仅有81.11%,观察组治疗的依从性明显高于对比组,P<0.05。观察组发热、肺部湿啰音、咳嗽明显好转等症状消退时间以及住院时间比对比组均更短,P<0.05。观察组发生并发症事件的概率比对比组有所降低(0 vs.6.67%),差异显著,P<0.05;观察组家属对护理的满意度相比对比组有明显的提高(97.78%vs.82.22%),差异显著,P<0.05。结论优质护理干预能够较快的缓解支气管肺炎患儿的病症,住院时间缩短,患儿的配合度更好,家属也更满意,可有效减少脓气胸等并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on the condition of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods The subjects of this study were 180 children with bronchial pneumonia who were hospitalized in the Department of Pediatrics of our hospital from October 2021 to January 2022.The method of grouping was to divide the included patients into two groups with 90 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing on the basis of the control group,and the treatment compliance,symptom subsidence time,hospitalization time,total incidence of complications and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was better,reaching 95.56%,while that of the control group was only 81.11%.The treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The symptom subsidence time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,P<0.05.The probability of complication events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(0 vs.6.67%),and the difference was significant,P<0.05;the family members'satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(97.78%vs.82.22%),the difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention can quickly alleviate the symptoms of children with bronchopneumonia,shorten the hospitalization time,improve the cooperation of children,make their families more satisfied,and reduce the occurrence of complications such as pyomethora.
