春秋分穴位贴敷防治类风湿性关节炎疗效机制探讨

Study on the Mechanism of Vernal and Autumnal Equinox Acupoint-application in the Prevention and Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

类风湿性关节炎是一种慢性炎性自身免疫性疾病,多累及四肢关节,出现关节疼、肿、僵、变形和功能下降。慢性病程,反复发作是其特点。春、秋二分时是类风湿性关节炎的好发与复发时节,在此时节采用药物穴位贴敷来防治类风湿性关节炎,可有效改善症状,且此疗法在临床上已应用多年,疗效确切。该文从类风湿性关节炎发病的时间节律、春秋二分易病的原因、穴位贴敷的穴位选择、药物选择的原则及春秋分穴位贴敷的作用机制等方面进行探讨,为临床工作提供理论依据。

Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease,mostly involving the limbs and joints.The symptoms include joint pain,swelling,stiffness,deformation and decline in joint function.Chronic course and recurrent attack is its characteristic.The recurrence of rheumatoid arthritis is normal on the vernal and autumnal equinox.At this time,we use medicated acupoint-patches to prevent and treat rheumatoid arthritis.This therapy has been used in clinic for many years,it can effectively improve the symptoms and its curative effect is definite.This paper probes into the time regularity of the onset of rheumatoid arthritis,the cause that the disease attacks easily on the vernal and autumnal equinox,the selection of acupoints for acupoint-application,the principle of medicine selection and the mechanism of vernal and autumnal equinox acupoint-application to provide theoretical basis for clinical work.
