天麻古今功效浅析

Analysis of Effect of Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma)

天麻是我国名贵中药材,具有熄风止痉、平抑肝阳、祛风通络、补益之效,常用来治疗眩晕眼黑、头风头痛、肢体麻木、半身不遂、风湿痹痛及惊痫等症。现代药理研究表明,天麻素、天麻多糖等是天麻药理活性成分,具有降血压、降血脂、抗癫痫、抗惊厥、抗肿瘤、提高免疫力等作用。作者通过对古籍及国内外文献进行查阅,对天麻药用部位、本草学功效、方剂学应用及现代药理学作用进行系统综述,以期为天麻的进一步深入研究提供理论参考,丰富临床用药依据。

Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma)is a rare Chinese medicinal material in China.It has the effects of relieving wind and spasmolysis,calming liver Yang,removing wind and clearing colllaterals.It is commonly used to treat dizziness,black eye,head wind and headache,numbness of limbs,hemiplegia,rheumatism and arthralgia,and seizures.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that gastrodin and gastrodia elata polysaccharide are the pharmacological active ingredients of Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma),which have the functions of lowering blood pressure,lowering blood lipid,anti-epilepsy,anti-convulsive,anti-tumor and improving immunity.By referring to ancient books and domestic and foreign literatures,the author systematically reviewed the medicinal parts,herbal efficacy,prescription application and modern pharmacological action of Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma),in order to provide theoretical reference for further in-depth study of Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma)and enrich the basis of clinical drug use.
