从线粒体功能障碍探讨心血管疾病作用机制及中药复方干预治疗研究进展 被引量:1

Update on Exploring the Mechanism of Cardiovascular Disease Based on Mitochondrial Dysfunction and Chinese Medicine Compound Treatment

摘要 线粒体作为最复杂的亚细胞细胞器之一,不仅是细胞的动力源,也是基础细胞过程的关键整合者,通过整合一系列细胞信号,调节细胞的死亡和存活来影响心脏功能,包括活性氧(ROS)的产生、信号转导,Ca^(2+)稳态的维持、应激反应和细胞死亡。中医药在预防和治疗心血管疾病方面具有突出的临床疗效和独特的优势。近年来,探索中医药防治心血管疾病的机制并不少见。该文通过对线粒体功能障碍、线粒体对心血管疾病的影响,以及中医药干预线粒体功能以发挥治疗效果进行概述,为相关研究提供有效的参考依据。 As one of the most complex subcellular organelles,mitochondria is not only the power source of cells,but also the key integrators of basic cell processes.Mitochondria affects heart function by integrating a series of cell signals to regulate cell death and survival,such as the production of reactive oxygen species(ROS),signal transduction,maintenance of Ca2+,homeostasis,stress response and cell death.Traditional Chinese medicine has outstanding clinical efficacy and unique advantages in preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases.In recent years,it is not uncommon to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the aspect of preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases.This article summarizes mitochondrial dysfunction,the influence of mitochondria on cardiovascular diseases,and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on mitochondria to provide effective reference for relevant research.
