摘要
目前,我国已经进入低生育率社会,其中男性生育能力低下是重要原因之一。淫羊藿作为补肾中药,用于治疗男性不育症由来已久,但是相关综述较少。文章通过检索近15年来运用淫羊藿治疗男性不育症的国内外文献并对其相关作用机制进行综述,为进一步研究淫羊藿的药理作用及临床运用淫羊藿提供依据,为中药淫羊藿的进一步开发利用提供参考。
At present,China has entered a low-fertility society,among which low male fertility is one of the important reasons.Yinyanghuo(Epimedii Wushanensis Folium)has a long history as a kidneytonifying Chinese medicine for the treatment of male infertility,but there are very few related reviews.In this article,we searched the domestic and foreign literature about the treatment of male infertility with Yinyanghuo(Epimedii Wushanensis Folium)in the past 15 years and reviewed its related mechanism of action.This article will provide a reference for the further development and utilization of the traditional Chinese medicine Yinyanghuo(Epimedii Wushanensis Folium).
