基于炎症介导的线粒体动力蛋白损伤探讨从“瘀毒”防治动脉粥样硬化 被引量:5

摘要 动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是缺血性心脑血管病的主要病理基础,炎症反应是其主要发病机制之一。中医学认为“瘀毒理论”是AS的基本病机,解毒活血法作为根本治法贯穿AS治疗全过程。鉴于炎症反应、线粒体动力学二者密切相关,且共同参与AS的发生发展,文章基于瘀毒理论,以炎症反应介导的线粒体动力蛋白损伤为切入点,并结合现代医学对于AS的机制的认识,深入探讨解毒活血中药在防治AS过程中发挥作用的机制,以期为中医药防治AS提供新的研究思路。 Atherosclerosis(As)is the main pathological basis of ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and inflammation is one of its main pathogenesis.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that“the theory of blood stasis and toxin”is the basic pathogenesis of AS,and the method of detoxification and activating blood is the fundamental treatment throughout the whole course of AS treatment.In view of the fact that inflammatory response and mitochondrial dynamics are closely related,and jointly participate in the occurrence and development of AS,this article is based on the theory of stasis and toxin,taking the inflammatory response-mediated mitochondrial dynein damage as the starting point,and combining modern medicine’s understanding of the mechanism of AS,in-depth study of the mechanism of detoxification and blood circulation Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of AS,in order to provide new research ideas for the prevention and treatment of AS by Chinese medicine.
