基于中医传承辅助平台探析糖尿病合并高脂血症用药规律

Analysis of Medication Rule of diabetes Combined with Hyperlipidemia Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform

旨在通过中医传承辅助平台,归纳、探究中医药治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症的用药规律,为中医临床治疗该病遣方用药提供理论支持。方法将中国知网(CNKI)中运用中药方剂治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症的文献检索出,进行筛选并建立数据库,运用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)相关统计方法进行报表统计以及数据分析,挖掘中医治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症的用药规律。结果整理治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症的符合要求的方剂共70首,内含中药98味,药味皆以甘、苦、辛为主,药物归经以脾、肝经多见。通过演变得出10个核心组合和5个新处方。结论根据糖尿病合并高脂血症的组方用药规律,可知针对该病中医治疗应以益气养阴、健脾消痰、活血化瘀的作为总治疗原则。

Objective The aim of this study is to summarize and explore the law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia,and provide theoretical support for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods The literature of Chinese medicine in treating diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia was searched out in CNKI.The database was screened and established.The data were analyzed by the statistical analysis method of TCM Inheritance Support System(V2.5).Results A total of 70 prescriptions for treatment of diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia were included,containing 98 flavors of Chinese herbal medicine.Through evolution,10 core combinations and 5 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion According to the prescription rule of diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia,it is known that the Chinese medicine treatment should be supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,strengthening spleen and eliminating phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis as the general therapeutic principle.
