知识图谱在中医药领域应用研究

谷歌在2012年发布了第一版知识图谱。至此,知识图谱在特定领域中的构建与应用成为全世界在数据构建领域中的核心热点问题。知识图谱也在全世界范围内掀起一轮新的热潮,并逐渐渗透在多种知识领域的使用中,以金融领域、工业领域和医学领域为代表,从搜索引擎的优化到新医药的发现,知识图谱的使用范围逐渐呈多领域融合的态势。这种以信息科学技术为基础,并广泛应用于信息学、计算机学、应用数学、医学等多学科的可视化技术,也为科学计量学和信息计量学提供了全新的发展方向。文章分析了知识图谱的相关理论,重点研究了知识图谱在中医药领域的应用,包括中医药领域科学研究、中医临床决策支持以及疾病的研究分析,并在此基础上总结了知识图谱在中医药领域应用的未来趋势,为中医药领域知识图谱相关研究提供参考。

Google released the first version of its Knowledge Graph in 2012.So far,the construction and application of knowledge graph in specific field has become the core hot issue in the field of data construction all over the world.Knowledge graphs are also a new wave of interest around the world,and gradually penetrate into the application of various knowledge scenarios,represented by the financial field,industrial field and medical field,from search engine optimization to the discovery of new medicine,the application scope of knowledge graphs is gradually showing a trend of multi-field convergence.Based on information science and technology and widely applied in informatics,computer science,applied mathematics,medicine and other disciplines,this visualization technology also provides a new development direction for scientometrics and information metrology.This paper analyzes the related theory of knowledge map,knowledge map is mainly studied in the application in the field of TCM,including scientific research field of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine clinical decision support and disease research and analysis,and on this basis summarizes the knowledge map is the trend of application in the field of TCM,to supply some references fur relative studies on Chinese medicine domain knowledge map.
