摘要
采用录像观察、数理统计等方法对苏炳添2021年东京奥运会100m半决赛及决赛同小组前3名运动员成绩数据进行对比分析,揭示其100m跑技术特征及规律,为科学化训练提供理论依据。结论:苏炳添100m全程曲线模式为加速状态不均的“波浪型”;起跑反应时较短,但受到干扰时波动较大;步幅能力较为理想,在步频能力方面仍需提高,达到最大速度后的步幅步频保持能力待加强;科学合理的训练体系是苏炳添取得优异成绩的重要条件之一。
By means of video observation and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a comparative analysis on the performance data of Su Bingtian’s top three athletes in the 100 m semi-finals and finals of the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games, reveals his 100 m running technical characteristics and laws, and provides a theoretical basis for scientific training. Conclusion: Su Bingtian’s 100 meter whole course curve pattern is a "wave shape" with uneven acceleration;The starting reaction time is short, but it fluctuates greatly when disturbed;The stride ability is ideal, and the stride frequency ability still needs to be improved. After reaching the maximum speed, the stride frequency keeping ability needs to be strengthened;A scientific and reasonable training system is one of the important conditions for Su Bingtian to achieve excellent results.
