竞技健美操5人项目难度动作编排分析——以第16届世界健美操锦标赛为例

Analysis on the Arrangement of Difficult Movements in Groups Aerobic Gymnastics——Taking the 16th World Aerobics Championship as an Example

研究采用文献资料法、录像分析法、专家访谈法、数理统计法,对第16届世界健美操锦标赛5人项目决赛成套的难度动作编排进行比较分析。得出结论:(1)100%的难度完成率是获得高难度分的关键,混合5人组合最具优势。(2)难度分值选择主要集中于0.6-0.8分之间。C组难度的使用率最高,B组难度最低。(3)难度布局正向着高难度动作在成套中均匀分布的趋势发展。(4)运动员完成不同难度动作的编排可进一步增加优势,但对编排水平以及动作一致性要求较高。

By using the methods of literature, video analysis, expert interview and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a comparative analysis on the arrangement of the complete set of difficult movements in the final of the five person event of the 16 th World Aerobics Championship. The conclusions are as follows:(1) 100% difficulty completion rate is the key to obtain high difficulty scores, and mixed 5-person combination has the most advantage.(2) The difficulty score is mainly 0.6-0.8. The use rate of difficulty in group C is the highest, and the difficulty in group B is the lowest.(3) The difficulty layout is developing towards the trend of even distribution of high difficulty movements in the set.(4) Athletes can further increase their advantages by completing the arrangement of different difficult movements, but they have higher requirements for the arrangement level and movement consistency.
