Exploration on venting gas recovery technology in natural gas Branch

摘要 大庆油田天然气分公司有干气密封的天然气压缩机8台,密封气直接进入放空火炬,造成了环境污染和资源浪费。现场试验射流回收工艺、增压回收工艺、双端面密封改造三种回收工艺,确定了射流回收适用于老型压缩机,增压回收适用背压较高装置,双端面密封改造适用轴端布置紧凑型压缩机。三种技术合计减少天然气放空89.5×10^(4)m^(3)/a,增加天然气销售经济效益147万元/a。 There are 8 natural gas compressors with dry gas seal in Daqing oilfield natural gas branch.The sealing gas is vented to flares directly,resulting in environmental pollution and resource waste.Through the field experiment of three kinds of technology,it is confirmed that the jet recovery technology is suitable for the old type compressor while pressurized recovery technology is suitable for the equipment with high back pressure.In addition,double-end seal transformation is applied to compact compressor with shaft end arrangement.The three technologies are reduced gas venting by 89.5×10^(4)m^(3)/a and increases economic benefit of natural gas sales by 1.47 million yuan/a.
