摘要
油田实际生产中,主要是通过对供液不足抽油机井采取下调参数、间抽等措施节约能耗,随着节能措施不断实施,供液不足井数逐渐减少,节能潜力越来越小,针对此问题,研究如何在正常生产且供液充足的抽油机井上寻找节能潜力,提出通过上调抽油机井参数配合间抽措施,实现能耗下降,降低生产成本,并在现场开展试验应用,选取9口工作制度正常的抽油机潜力井,分别采取换大泵径、调大冲程、调大冲次进行现场试验,全程跟踪测试、验证节能效果,换大泵径、调大冲程后实施间抽节能效果较好,节电率分别达到31.6%、15.5%,具有广泛的推广前景。
In view of insufficient liquid supply,parameter adjustment and intermittent pumping are adopted by pumping wells in order to save energy consumption.With the continuous implementation of energy-saving measures,the number of wells with insufficient liquid supply is gradually reduced and the energy-saving potential is becoming smaller and smaller.Aimed at the problem,we can mainly study how to find energy-saving potential in pumping wells with normal production and sufficient liquid supply and put forward relevant measures through raising parameter and intermittent pumping so as to reduce energy consumption and production costs.Field tests are carried out on 9 potential pumping wells with normal working system through changing the pump diameter and increasing the stroke and the stroke times.The whole process tracking test is tried out to verify the energy-saving effect.Changing the pump diameter and increasing the stroke have a good energy saving effect.The rate of power saving is 31.6% and 15.5%,which has a broad prospects for application prospects.
