电镀锌汽车外板涂装气孔缺陷的原因及对策 被引量:1

摘要 分析了电镀锌汽车板用于门外板和车顶出现涂装气孔缺陷的微观形貌及其特征。结果表明:涂装气孔与电镀锌成品表面的凸点缺陷和电镀锌基板表面存在含碳的残留物有关,揭示了基板表面质量和电镀预处理工艺对涂装气孔缺陷的影响,并提出相关的改进措施。 The micro morphology and characteristics of gassing defects on painted electric galvanized automobile steel sheet used for exposed door panel and roof were analyzed.The results show that the gassing defects are related to the protruded defects on the surface of the finished electric galvanized steel strip and the carbon containing residue on the surface of the electric galvanized substrate.The effects of the substrate surface quality and electroplating pretreatment process on the gassing defects are revealed,and the relevant improvement measures are put forward.
