基于情绪心理和免疫因子的脾藏意主思探析

Exploration of spleen storing yi and governing si theory from perspectives of emotional psychology and immune cytokine theory

脾藏意主思作为中医治疗情志病的理论内容,其指导临床的可行性已经过历代医家相关病案的检验,但其内涵晦涩难懂,又缺乏西医学客观指标佐证,不利于当下临床应用推广。本文通过梳理脾藏意主思与现代情绪心理的共性与个性,从认知、生理、表达3个层面对脾藏意主思进行解读,结合现代免疫细胞因子学说探讨情绪与脾的关系,发现两者具有双向调节功能,临床治疗若采取两者相结合的思维模式,或可进一步提高疗效。

"The spleen storing yi(overall mental activities)and governing si(thoughts)"is one of the theoretical guiding ideologies in TCM treatment of emotional diseases.Although there is a wealth of clinical experience to support its feasibility,its connotation is still ambiguous with a lacking in objective indicators,resulting in difficulty in wide clinical application.In this paper,by comparing this theory with corresponding knowledge in modern emotional psychology,the commonality and individuality are compared.Based on that,the theory is further interpreted from the three levels of cognition,physiology and expression.Then combined with modern immune cytokine theory,the relationship between emotion and spleen is analyzed,and it’s found that emotion is closely related to the spleen with bidirectional adjustment.By adopting such a thinking mode to combine the spleen and emotion,a better clinical efficacy may be achieved.
