2022年6月,全球共监测到传染病63种,涉及233个国家和地区。除流感外,涉及国家和地区数量位于前5位的传染病分别为新型冠状病毒肺炎(233个)、猴痘(59个)、登革热(29个)、麻疹(25个)和霍乱(12个)。病死率位于前5位的传染病分别为埃博拉病毒病(100.0%)、马尔堡病毒病(100.0%)、拉沙热(19.4%)、克里米亚–刚果出血热(15.0%)和流行性乙型脑炎(12.5%)。死亡病例数位于前5位的传染病分别为新型冠状病毒肺炎、疟疾、霍乱、登革热和麻疹。亚洲主要流行新型冠状病毒肺炎、登革热和霍乱;非洲主要流行新型冠状病毒肺炎、鼠疫、霍乱、黄热病、拉沙热、疟疾和猴痘;美洲主要流行新型冠状病毒肺炎、登革热、基孔肯雅热和寨卡病毒病;欧洲主要流行新型冠状病毒肺炎和猴痘。

In June 2022,a total of 63 infectious diseases were reported globally,affecting 233 countries and regions.Except for influenza,the top five infectious diseases affecting greatest number of countries and regions were COVID-19(233),monkeypox(59),dengue fever(29),measles(25)and cholera(12).The top five infectious diseases with highest case fatality rates were Ebola virus disease(100.0%),Marburg virus disease(100.0%),Lassa fever(19.4%).Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever(15.0%)and Japanese encephalitis(12.5%).The top five infectious diseases with greatest number of deaths were COVID-19,malaria,cholera,dengue fever and measles.The prevalent infectious diseases in Asia were COVID-19,dengue fever and cholera,the prevalent infectious diseases in Africa were COVID-19,plague,cholera,yellow fever,Lassa fever,malaria and monkeypox,the prevalent infectious diseases in America were COVID-19,dengue fever,chikungunya fever and Zika virus disease,the prevalent infectious disease in Europe were COVID-19 and monkeypox.
