新型城镇化与清洁能源消费的双向关联机制及测度

Two-way Correlation Mechanism and Measurement between New Urbanization and Clean Energy Consumption

基于新时代我国新型城镇化建设与清洁能源消费快速发展的双重背景,发掘两者之间共通的可持续发展内涵。首先从理论层面构建了新型城镇化与清洁能源消费之间的双向关联机制理论模型。然后,基于新型城镇化评价指标的构建与测度,选取2004—2019年中国30个省市区的数据,采用空间联立方程对新型城镇化与清洁能源消费的双向关联机制开展实证分析。结论表明:本地区新型城镇化发展与清洁能源消费增长之间存在着显著的双向促进作用,并且新型城镇化发展对清洁能源消费具有更强的正向促进效应;在空间溢出效应方面,新型城镇化呈现正的空间溢出效应,而清洁能源消费表现为负的空间溢出效应;从空间交互效应来看,清洁能源消费对新型城镇化的空间交互效应为负,新型城镇化对清洁能源消费的空间交互效应为正,对我国东部、中部、西部和东北分区域研究结果也遵循同样的规律。为此,应充分发挥新型城镇化发展对清洁能源消费的较强正向促进效应,促进区域间清洁能源消费的协同发展。

Based on the dual background of China’s new urbanization construction and rapid development of clean energy consumption in the new era,this paper explores the common connotation of sustainable development between the two aspects.Firstly,the bidirectional correlation mechanism model between new urbanization and clean energy consumption is constructed from the theoretical level.Then,based on the construction and measurement of new-type urbanization evaluation indicators,the data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2004 to 2019 are selected and the two-way correlation mechanism between new-type urbanization and clean energy consumption is empirically analyzed by using spatial simultaneous equations.The results show that there is a significant two-way promoting effect between the development of new urbanization and the growth of clean energy consumption in this region,and the development of new urbanization has a stronger positive promoting effect on clean energy consumption.In terms of spatial spillover effects,new-type urbanization shows positive spatial spillover effects,while clean energy consumption demonstrates negative spatial spillover effects.From the perspective of spatial interaction effect,the spatial interaction effect of clean energy consumption on new-type urbanization is negative,while the spatial interaction effect of new-type urbanization on clean energy consumption is positive.The research results of eastern,central,western and northeast China also follow the same rule.Therefore,it is necessary to give full play to the strong positive promoting effect of new urbanization development on clean energy consumption and promote the coordinated development of clean energy consumption among regions.
