在马克思主义法治观的指导下,中国共产党领导中国人民持续探索、不断推进法治建设,走出了一条中国特色社会主义法治道路。这条道路不仅成为党的百年奋斗重大成就,也构成中国特色社会主义道路的内在有机组成部分。中国特色社会主义法治道路是中国国家现代化总体进程在法治领域的具体展现,受到中国国家现代化总体逻辑的根本影响;是一条在落后国家同步协调实现社会主义、人民民主、现代化发展、依法治国的复合型法治现代化道路。其理论逻辑表现为实现“政治性”与“规范性”相统一的法治追求,历史逻辑表现为从“革命建国”到“依法治国”的总体进程,实践逻辑表现为“政党中心”的法治发展路径和机制。
