摘要
铁路平车装卸作业集装箱时,集装箱脱离F-TR锁因脱锁不顺畅或卡滞易导致与平车一并起吊发生脱轨事故。在阐述成都局集团公司历年来发生的一并起吊事故基础上,系统分析铁路集装箱专用平车F-TR锁在起重机装卸作业时脱锁不畅或卡滞的主要原因,针对导致问题的关键因素和环节,结合实践提出了包括对起重机四吊点减摇改造、变频改造、F-TR锁安全作业装置研发运用等一套有效的技术解决方案和对策,供全国铁路借鉴参考。
When a railway flat car loads or unloads containers, the containers and the car are likely lifted together if the containers cannot smoothly separate from an F-TR lock, or the lock is jammed, which may lead to a derailment. This paper expounded on lifting accidents encountered by Chengdu Group Co., Ltd in recent years and analyzed the main reasons for the unsmooth unlocking or jamming of the F-TR lock in a special railway flat car for containers when a crane is performing loading and unloading operations.In terms of key factors and links leading to the problem, the paper combined practical experience and put forward effective technical countermeasures, including the stabilization transformation of four lifting points of the crane, frequency conversion, the development and application of the F-TR lock safety operating device, so as to provide references for railways in China.
