隧道技术联合结缔组织移植术治疗Miller Ⅰ类牙龈退缩临床疗效观察

Clinical outcomes of coronally advanced tunnel technique combined with connective tissue graft in Miller Ⅰ gingival recession

目的:观察隧道技术联合结缔组织移植术治疗MillerⅠ类牙龈退缩的临床疗效。方法:共计15名患者,29个牙龈退缩位点被纳入研究。分别在术前、术后6、12个月测量临床指标。结果:术后6月及术后12月,牙龈退缩深度均获得明显减少,角化组织宽度显著增加。术后6月完全根面覆盖率为75%,平均根面覆盖率93.14%;术后12月完全根面覆盖率为70%,平均根面覆盖率为90.28%。结论:隧道技术联合结缔组织移植能用于MillerⅠ类牙龈退缩治疗,临床效果显著且稳定。

Objective:To explore the effects of coronally advanced tunnel technique combined with connective tissue graft on gingival recession.Methods:A total of 15 patients with 29 recession positions were included in this study.Clinical parameters including gingival recession depth, probing depth, and width of keratinized tissue were detected at baseline, 6,12 months after surgery.Results:Recession depth significantly decreased at both 6 and 12 months after therapy, accompanied with increased width of keratinized tissue.At 6 months, the complete root coverage was 75% and the mean root coverage was 93.14%.At 12 months, the complete root coverage was 70% and the mean root coverage was 90.28%.Conclusion:Coronally advanced tunnel technique combined with connective tissue graft is an effective and lasting method of treating Miller’s type Ⅰ gingival recessions.
