牙髓血运重建术治疗年轻恒牙牙髓炎及根尖周炎的回顾性研究 被引量:6

Dental pulp revascularization in immature permanent necrotic teeth with pulpitis and apical periodontitis:A retrospective study

摘要 目的:评价牙髓血运重建术治疗年轻恒牙牙髓炎及根尖周炎的疗效及影像学改变。方法:回顾分析95例因牙髓炎或根尖周炎行牙髓血运重建术的年轻恒牙病例。根据临床症状及影像学特点分为实验组、对照组。比较两组术后疗效,利用Image J软件测量并比较牙根发育情况。结果:术后(11.86±7.89)个月,实验组有效率(83.67%)低于对照组(97.83%);根尖孔闭合程度(0.39±0.40)明显低于对照组(0.60±0.32);两组牙根增长、放射性牙根面积变化及髓腔弥漫性钙化比例无明显差异。结论:年轻恒牙根尖破坏情况是影响牙髓血运重建术疗效和牙根发育情况的因素之一。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects and imaging changes of young permanent teeth with different periapical inflammation after pulp revascularization.Methods:Clinical and radiographic data were collected from 95 immature permanent teeth with pulpitis and apical periodontitis.According to clinical symptoms and imaging features,they were divided into research group and control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the root length,apical foramen closure and radiation root area changes were measured and compared by Image J software.Results:After(11.86±7.89)months,the effective rate(83.67%)of the research group was lower than that of the control group(97.83%)(P<0.05),and the apical foramen closure degree(0.39±0.40)was significantly lower than that of the control group(0.60±0.32)(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups in root length,radiation root area change and pulp calcification ratio.Conclusion:The periapical inflammation of young permanent teeth is one of the factors that affect the clinical effects and root development of pulp revascularization.
