摘要 随着油田开发的不断深入,高含水油田某采油厂产能建设区块目前以聚驱及水驱扩边为主,具有可依托已建设施少、投资高、经济效益差,地貌较复杂、建设难度大,前期工作时间紧,以及区域广、涉及站场数量多等特点。采用“地上地下一体化”“采油地面一体化”“方案设计一体化”等一体化管理模式,通过精心规划设计、强化基础工作、细化技术管理,充分利用已建能力,新建与改造多渠道统筹考虑,打破常规界限并进行多方案比选,有效地控制了建设投资,同时可减少建设规模,优化企业用工,实现了地面工程系统效益建产的目的。 With the continuous deepening of oilfield development,the production capacity construction block of an oil production plant in a high water cut oilfield is dominated by polymer flooding and water flooding edge expanding,which has the characteristics of less construction facilities,high investment,poor economic benefits,complex landform,difficult construction,tight preliminary work time,wide area and large number of stations involved.By adopting the integrated management modes of "above ground and underground integration","oil production and surface construction integration" and "scheme and design integration",through careful planning and design,strengthening basic work,refining technical management,making full use of the built capacity,comprehensively considering the construction and transformation of multiple channels,breaking the conventional boundaries and comparing multiple schemes,the construction investment has been effectively controlled,the construction scale has been reduced,the employment of enterprises has been optimized,and the purpose of benefit production construction for surface engineering system is realized.
