震动膜处理油田采出水的试验研究

摘要 为了提高外围油田特低渗透油层的采收率,保证处理后的采出水全部回注特低渗透油层,要求处理后含油污水必须达到回注水水质指标,即满足SY/T 5329—2012 《碎屑岩油藏注水水质指标及分析方法》的相关要求:含油质量浓度≤5 mg/L、悬浮固体质量浓度≤1 mg/L、悬浮固体颗粒粒径中值≤1μm。但目前油田常用的粒状滤料过滤器,由于过滤精度的限制,即使进行三级或四级过滤处理,其处理后水质也无法满足回注的要求。为此,迫切需要开展震动膜精细过滤含油污水的处理试验研究,以满足对回注水的严苛要求。经现场试验研究得出:震动膜精细过滤处理含油污水技术可行,处理后的水质指标能够满足油田开发的需要,是确保注入水水质达标的重要技术措施之一。 In order to improve the recovery efficiency of extra-low permeability reservoirs in peripheral oilfields,all the treated produced water is required to be injected back into extra-low permeability reservoirs.Oily wastewater must meet the requirements of the water quality index of reinjection after treatment,that is,meet the relevant requirements of “Water Quality Index and Analysis Method of Clastic Reservoir Injection”(SY/T5329-2012):oil mass concentration ≤5 mg/L,suspended solids mass concentration ≤1 mg/L,median particle size of suspended solids ≤1 μm.But due to the limitation of filtration accuracy,even after three or four filtration treatments,the water quality after treatment by the current oilfield commonly used granular filter material filter still cannot meet the requirements of injection.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out experimental research on the treatment of oily wastewater by fine filtration with vibrating membrane to meet the strict requirements of water injection.It is concluded from the field test that the fine filtration technology of vibrating membrane for treating oily wastewater is feasible,and the treated water quality index can meet the needs of oilfield development,which is one of the important technical measures to ensure the quality of injected water up to standard.
