摘要
随着油田开发的不断深入,为了解决采油厂耗能设备实际运行与建设规模不匹配、管道老旧腐蚀穿孔严重、注水管网压力不均、机采系统存在低效耗电等能耗突出问题,创新了“地面+井筒+地下”的立体节能管理模式,建立了“八大系统”管理构架。通过采取一系列技术措施,降低采油厂能源消耗,达到打造节约型、效益型采油厂的目的。实施措施包括:加强源头管控,降低低效无效注水产液;优化机采参数,提高系统效率;优化注水泵运行,提高运行效率;优化配制站熟化时间,分组分压注入;提高泵效,动态调整反冲洗参数;优化系统及低温集输工艺,有效降低电气用量等。
With the continuous deepening of oilfield development,in order to solve the prominent problems of energy consumption such as the mismatch between the actual operation of energy-consuming equipment and the construction scale of oil production plants,serious aging and corrosion perforation of pipelines,uneven pressure in water injection pipeline networks,and low-efficiency power consumption in mechanical production systems,the three-dimensional energy-saving management mode of "ground + wellbore + underground" is innovated and the management framework of "eight systems" is established.A series of technical measures are taken to reduce the energy consumption of the oil production plant,so as to build an energy-saving and profitable oil production plant,including strengthening source control,reducing inefficient water injection and liquid production,optimizing mechanical production parameters,and improving its system efficiency,optimizing the operation of water injection pump,and improving its operation efficiency,optimizing the curing time of the preparation station,and injection to the preparation station according to pressure and group,optimizing the efficiency of oil collection pump and adjusting its backwashing parameters dynamically,optimizing the system and low-temperature gathering and transmission process,effectively reducing the electrical consumption,and other technical measures.
