摘要
放空系统是输气站重要的安全生产设施,放空作业有热放空和冷放空两种形式。热放空时火焰燃烧的热量传递会危害周边人员、设备和环境。热辐射安全距离受放空速率、风速、风向等因素的影响;冷放空的安全距离小于热放空,均需要采取相应的安全控制措施。明确放空计算的原则,以合肥北站为例,采用单点源模型和辐射热强度模型分别计算热放空的安全距离,考虑环境因素的单点源模型计算过程复杂但计算强求果更为精确,比较了三种计算模型的精确度。通过比较计算结果,确认合肥北站放空区位置满足热放空安全距离的要求。
The venting system is an important safety facility for the gas transmission station.There are two types of venting operations:hot venting and cold venting.The heat transfer of the flame during hot venting will endanger surrounding personnel,equipment,and the environment.The safety distance of thermal radiation is affected by factors such as venting rate,wind speed,and direction.The safety distance of cold venting is less than that of hot venting,the corresponding safety control measures need to be taken for both.The principle of venting calculation is clarified,taking Hefei North Station as an example,the single-point source model and the radiant heat intensity model are used to calculate the safety distance of hot venting.The calculation process of single point source model considering environmental factors is complex,but the calculation result is more accurate,the accuracy of three calculation models is compared.By comparing the calculation results,it is confirmed that the location of the venting area of Hefei North Station meets the requirements of the safety distance for hot venting.
