摘要
随着我国经济高速发展,对石油资源的需要量不断增加,油田开发的不断深入,各种石油管道运输工程越来越多,并发挥着非常大的作用。石油管道在实际应用过程中,经常由于各种因素的影响造成管道腐蚀,很容易导致管道泄漏事故的发生,直接威胁到管道运行的安全。针对喇嘛甸油田集输系统和注聚系统的埋地金属管道腐蚀严重的问题,结合管道内腐蚀和外腐蚀的现状,从宏观和微观上进行了腐蚀机理研究,给出了管道失效规律性认识。同时结合土壤的腐蚀性和管道输送介质的腐蚀性,提出了管道内、外防腐配套技术对策,明确了管道完整性技术管理措施。全面加强管道建设期及运行期完整性管理工作,深入开展管道内、外腐蚀机理分析与防腐配套技术研究,加大成熟技术应用规模,可为从根本上解决金属管道内腐蚀失效严重的难题提供技术支持。
With the development of oilfields and the rapid development of China’s economy,the demand for petroleum resources is increasing.Pipeline transportation projects of various petroleum resources are increasing and playing a very important role.In the practical application of these oil pipelines,due to the influence of various factors,pipeline corrosion problems often occur which can easily lead to the pipeline leakage accidents,directly threatens the safety of pipeline operation.To solve the corrosion problems of buried metal pipelines in the gathering and transporting system and polymer injection system in Lamadian Oilfield,the corrosion mechanism is studied and analyzed in macroscopic and microscopic scopes,and understanding of corrosion failure regularities of buried pipelines is presented based on the current corrosion conditions inside and outside the pipelines.At the same time,combined with the corrosivity of soil and the pipeline transportation medium,the supporting technology and countermeasures of anti-corrosion inside and outside the pipeline are put forward,the pipeline integration technology and management measures are clearly confirmed.The integrity management work of the pipeline in the construction and operation periods is comprehensively strengthened,the analysis of the corrosion mechanism inside and outside the pipeline and the research of anti-corrosion supporting technology are carried out in depth,and the application scale of mature technology is enlarged.These measures can provide technical support for fundamentally solving the problem of serious corrosion failure in metal pipelines.
