三元复合驱地上地下一体优化高效开发建设模式

摘要 萨南油田已进入“双特高”开发阶段,作为长垣老区采油厂,面临着资源接替不足、生产成本紧张、设备设施老化等诸多问题,给生产经营发展带来很大困难和挑战。针对三元复合驱产能建设投资高、控制难度大、生产运行成本高等问题,深入研究和践行了地上地下一体优化技术,创新提出了适应三元复合驱周期性开发的建设模式,在“南七区—南八区弱碱三元复合驱”五年产能建设工程中,实现了从“地上服从地下”到“地下兼顾地上”再到“地上地下整体优化共同服从经济效益”的工作理念转变。共计节省地面建设投资4亿元,百万吨产能投资降低3.5个百分点,新井产能贡献率由20.6%提升到50%以上,年均节省运行成本3 730余万元,同时加快了产能建设进度,提高了油田综合开发效益。 Sanan Oilfield has entered the "double super high" development stage.As an oil production plant in Daqing placanticline area,it is facing many problems such as insufficient replacement of resources,tight production costs,and aging equipment and facilities,which have brought great difficulties and challenges to the development of production and operation.In view of the problems such as high investment,high control difficulty,high production and operation cost in capacity construction of ASP flooding,this article has thoroughly studied and practiced the surface and subsurface integrated optimization technology,innovatively proposes a construction model suitable for the periodic development of ASP flooding.The work philosophy change from "Surface obedience from subsurface" to "Take into account both subsurface and surface",and then to "Integrated optimization of surface and subsurface" is realized in the five-year capacity construction project of "ASP Flooding in South 7 ~ South 8Area of Sanan Oilfield".A total of 400 million yuan is saved in the surface construction investment,the investment of million tons productivity is reduced by 3.5%,the new well productivity contribution rate is increased from 20.6% to 50%,and the annual operating cost is saved more than 37.3 million yuan.The technical practice has accelerated the progress of productivity construction,and improved the comprehensive development efficiency of oilfield.
