摘要
对某铜冶炼厂氧化洗净残渣进行了物料特性分析和提铋(Bi)工艺优化试验研究。结果表明,残渣中的有害杂质砷(As)在粗粒级富集,杂质硫(S)具有良好的可浮性,据此提出了采用分级脱砷-浮选脱硫的提铋新工艺。试验研发了组合分散剂CSX-1和筛选了捕收剂GJH,实现了Bi与杂质的分离和富集。半工业试验结果表明,采用新工艺可有效脱除杂质As和S,获得Bi品位14.34%、回收率83.02%的富铋渣。
The material characteristics of oxidation cleaning residue in a copper smelter were analyzed and the bismuth extraction process was studied. The results show that the harmful impurity arsenic enrichment in coarse grain and the sulfur has good floatability, a new process of bismuth extraction by staged arsenic removal and flotation desulfurization is proposed. The combined dispersant CXS-1 and collector GJH were developed to realize the separation and enrichment of bismuth and impurities. The semi industrial test results show that the new process can remove arsenic and sulfur, and obtain bismuth rich slag with bismuth grade of 14.34 % and recovery rate of 83.02%.
