摘要
基于运营商实体渠道目前的困境,急需通过“数字化、集中化转型”提升渠道运营管理能力,提高渠道效能。文章从组织扁平、营销统一、专业经营、集中支撑四个方面开展实体渠道集中化改革,通过经营分析、渠道基础管理、定位、酬金等多系统的对接,及相关支撑系统开发改造,实现渠道的集中基础支撑、集中过程管控、集中业务运营的系统支撑能力。基于平台实现渠道集中化运营,借助数字化转型,提升了人员工作效率,同时厅店效能、资源配置效率、业务办理效率得到大幅提升。
Based on the current predicament of operators'physical channels,it is urgent to improve channel operation and management capabilities and improve channel efficiency through"digitalization and centralized transformation".Combined with the actual situation of our province,from the four aspects of organizational flatness,marketing unification,professional operation,centralized support to carry out the reform of entity channel centralization,through the operation analysis,channel basic management,positioning,remuneration and other multi-system docking,and related support system development and transformation,to achieve the channel centralized basic support,centralized process control,centralized business operation system support capabilities.Based on the platform to achieve centralized channel operation,with the help of digital transformation,improve the efficiency of personnel,while the efficiency of hall stores,resource allocation efficiency,business handling efficiency has been greatly improved.
