Innovative Design on SC700 Straddle Crane

轮胎搬梁机作为预制梁场梁片的搬运工具应用很广泛,为了解决整机走行采用进口液压马达驱动易产生液体泄漏压力降低、维护保养成本高、不适合高寒地区施工等疑难问题,研制了SC700轮胎搬梁机。介绍了SC700轮胎搬梁机组成、主要技术参数,研发了采用变频电机整机走行系统、起升主卷扬采用折线卷筒、行车纵移采用拖拉卷扬、整机走行调整走行电机转速实现纠偏等。现场使用表明创新设计的机构运行稳定、可靠。

Straddle carrier is widely used in the casting yard for moving the precast girder. A new invention system of straddle carrier(SC700) is developed to tackle a few problems such as the imported hydraulic motor frequent liquid leakage while driving the straddle carrier which caused the pressure reduction and led to high maintenance costs and unsuitability for usage in alpine regions. The content of this paper also includes the components of SC700 straddle carrier, the main technical parameters, as well as the travelling system with the frequency conversion motor designed to tackle above mentioned problems. At the same time, it also introduces the design of alignment drum for main crane, tug winch is adopted for the longitudinal travel of the main crane, and alignment correction by adjusting the speed of the motor for the straddle carrier. The feedback from the casting yard proofs that the new mechanism runs stably and reliably.
