摘要 针对盾构管片深化设计流程存在的各层级间信息缺失与分离问题,对现有基于BIM的地铁盾构管片深化设计流程进行系统优化。首先梳理并总结现有预制构件设计流程。以现有流程为基础,根据工作分解结构理论,构建基于BIM的盾构管片深化设计流程,包括管片拆分、基础设计、优化设计、施工图生成和物料明细表生成五个主要阶段。通过深圳市某地铁区间盾构隧道的实践应用,验证所构建流程的可行性。研究成果有助于更好地衔接盾构管片深化设计的各个层级,提高管片精细化设计质量。 In view of the problem of information loss and separation among different levels in the deepening design process of shield tunnel segments, the existing BIM-based deepening design process of shield tunnel segments of the subway is optimized systematically. Firstly, the existing design process of prefabricated components is summarized. Based on the existing process and according to the theory of work breakdown structure, a BIM-based deepening design process of shield tunnel segments is constructed, including five main stages: segment splitting, basic design, optimization design, construction drawing generation, and material detail list generation. The feasibility of the process is verified by the practical application of shield tunneling in a certain metro area in Shenzhen. The results help to better connect the various levels of the design of shield tunnel segments and improve the quality of the refined design of shield tunnel segments.
