高速公路改扩建工程装配式挡墙成套技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 装配式挡墙因施工节奏快、质量把控度高、占地要求低、能满足狭隘区域施工需求等优点,在公路施工领域逐渐得到探索和应用。目前,国内外装配式挡墙高度多为2~6 m。本文以深汕西高速公路改扩建工程为例,研究了2~8 m装配式挡墙的设计选型、预制智能生产线设计、施工关键技术等。通过对6.25~8 m超高装配式挡墙的优化设计,解决了超高装配式挡墙自重大、吊装困难等施工问题;通过力学性能试验和沉降位移监控,对成品使用效果进行了验证;总结了装配式挡墙在预制、吊装、安装等不同阶段的施工关键技术,可为其他类似工程装配式挡墙的设计与施工提供借鉴。 Due to the advantages of fast construction pace, high quality control, low land occupation requirements, and ability to meet the construction needs of narrow areas, prefabricated retaining walls have gradually been explored and applied in the field of highway construction. At present, the height of prefabricated retaining walls at home and abroad is mostly 2 to 6 meters. Taking the reconstruction and expansion project of western section of Shenzhen to Shantou Highway as an example, this paper studies the design selection of 2~8 meters prefabricated retaining wall, the design of prefabricated intelligent production line, and the key construction technologies. Through the optimization design of 6.25~8 meters ultra-high prefabricated retaining wall, the construction problems such as high self-weighting and hoisting difficulties of ultra-high prefabricated retaining wall are solved;through mechanical property test and settlement displacement monitoring, the effect of use of the finished product is verified;the key technologies of prefabricated retaining wall in different stages such as prefabrication, hoisting and installation are summarized. It can provide reference for the design and construction of prefabricated retaining walls in other similar engineering.
