摘要
异形路缘石长期暴露在空气中,常常会出现使用寿命短、外观质量差等问题。对此提出一种新型清水混凝土保护剂,该保护剂以传统氟碳类保护剂为基础,加入改性材料纳米CaCO_(3)来提高性能并降低成本;纳米CaCO_(3)来源广泛、价格低廉,是一种优异的改性材料;通过性能测试及工程应用,表明该新型清水混凝土保护剂性能稳定,满足规范要求,多方面均优于传统的氟碳保护剂;且该新型保护剂施工成本低,大面积应用在异形路缘石外观保护上具备可行性,可以在类似工程中推广并提供借鉴。
Special-shaped curbs are often exposed to the air for a long time, and often have problems such as short service life and poor appearance quality. This paper proposes a new type of fair-faced concrete protective agent. The protective agent is based on traditional fluorocarbon protective agents. The modified material nano-CaCO_(3)is added to improve performance and reduce cost. Nano-CaCO_(3)has a wide range of sources and low price, and is an excellent modified material;through performance tests and engineering applications, it shows that the new fair-faced concrete protective agent has stable performance, meets the requirements of the specification, and is superior to the traditional fluorocarbon protective agent in many aspects;moreover, the construction cost of the new protective agent is low, and it is feasible for large-area application in the appearance protection of special-shaped curbs, it can be popularized and used for reference in similar projects.
