雄安站大跨弧形拉索玻璃幕墙施工技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对目前高铁站房上较少采用大跨弧形拉索玻璃幕墙的情况,结合雄安高铁站房工程,对其西立面大跨弧形拉索玻璃幕墙进行施工技术研究。实践表明:(1)选用高空曲臂车、汽车吊、卷扬机等进行拉索玻璃幕墙施工,相比于传统吊篮安装,节约时间,效率高,也更安全;(2)采用竖向拉索单索一端张拉,张拉方式采用中间向两端对称间隔张拉,保证固定拉索的钢梁在张拉过程中竖向均匀变形,减小单向拉索张拉时对另一方向拉索的影响;(3)从下往上、从中间往两边的玻璃安装顺序,解决大跨度弧形结构玻璃幕墙施工难题,保证了玻璃幕墙安装质量。 In view of the fact that large-span arc-shaped cable glass curtain wall is rarely used in high-speed railway station buildings at present, combined with Xiong’an high-speed railway station building project, the construction technology of large-span arc-shaped cable glass curtain wall on its west facade is studied. The practice shows that:(1) compared with the traditional hanging basket installation, the cable glass curtain wall construction with high-altitude curved boom truck, truck crane, winch, etc. is time-saving, efficient and safer.(2) One end of a single vertical cable is tensioned, and the symmetrical interval tensioning is adopted from the middle to both ends to ensure that the steel beam fixing the cable is deformed vertically and uniformly during the tensioning process, so as to reduce the impact of one-way cable tensioning on the cable in the other direction.(3) The glass installation sequence from bottom to top, middle to both sides solves the construction problems of large-span arc-shaped glass curtain wall, and ensures the installation quality of glass curtain wall.
