类椭圆型螺杆泵与常规采油螺杆泵举升性能对比 被引量:1

摘要 为进一步研究类椭圆型采油螺杆泵的举升性能,以普遍应用的单头单螺杆泵作为参考基准,按照排量一致的原则,求出类椭圆型采油螺杆泵和双头短幅内摆线型螺杆泵的结构参数,并建立模型进行有限元分析,计算3种螺杆泵的临界接触应力,并根据压力场分布规律得出对应的总举升压力。分析结果表明:在理论排量一致的前提下,举升性能从大到小依次是类椭圆型螺杆泵、双头短幅内摆线型螺杆泵、单头单螺杆泵。研究内容及结果可为类椭圆型采油螺杆泵的设计及实际应用提供参考。 In order to further study the lifting performance of the elliptic-like progressive cavity pump,this paper takes the widely used single-head single screw pump as the reference and calculates the structural parameters of elliptic-like progressive cavity pump and double-head short-amplitude cycloid progressive cavity pump according to the principle of consistent emissions and establishes the model for finite element analysis.The critical contact stress of three kinds of progressive cavity pumps is calculated and the total lifting performance is obtained according to the distribution law of pressure field.The analysis results show that under the premise of consistent theoretical displacement,the lifting performance from large to small is elliptic-like progressive cavity pump,double-head shortamplitude cycloid progressive cavity pump,single-head single screw pump.The research content and results can provide reference for the design and practical application of elliptic-like progressive cavity pump.
