基于LabVIEW的伸缩臂越野叉车参数监控系统设计

摘要 伸缩臂越野叉车作为国内新型工程装备,在产品开发上存在大量技术难题。为解决叉车缺乏参数监控和故障诊断方法的问题,提出以PEAK CAN卡为硬件、LabVIEW为软件构建CAN总线的参数监控解决方案。采用队列、多线程和全局变量技术,设计了监控系统的报文采集、报文解析、数据显示、曲线显示等功能模块,并在4 t越野叉车上进行了参数监控和故障诊断试验。结果表明:设计的监控系统可准确分析越野叉车的作业参数,系统具有较好的实时性和可靠性,为越野叉车故障诊断提供了可视化方法,并为提升伸缩臂越野叉车性能打下基础。 To solve the problem of the lack of parameter monitoring and fault diagnosis methods for telehandlers,a solution was proposed to collect the parameters of the telehandlers with the PEAK CAN card as the hardware and LabVIEW as the software platform.Using queue,multi-threading and global variable technologies,the telehandler monitoring system was designed with CAN message acquisition,frame parsing,data display,curve display and accessary functional modules.And the system function was tested on the 4 t telehandler.The results indicated that the designed monitoring system can accurately analyze the operating parameters of telehandlers,and the system has good realtime performance and reliability;the monitoring system provides a visual method for the fault diagnosis of telehandlers,and lays the foundation for improving the performance of the telehandlers.
