补连塔煤矿矿压规律分析方法应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 神东矿区矿压数据源集成信息多、技术指标复杂、预警阈值迥异,而以往矿压监测系统多以零星综采面为基础开发运行,缺乏实时响应决策和预警管理体系,且未建立基于大数据的综合性统一管理平台,不能实现矿压监测数据的深度挖掘分析和安全管理的智能防控。为此,神东煤炭集团自主研发了集多源数据实时辨识、动态安全风险智能评估和分级高效预警的神东矿区矿压灾害安全监控远程预警快速响应智能防控体系平台,实现了矿压监测数据的有效集成,且丰富了矿压监测手段和方法。运用神东矿区矿压灾害安全监控远程预警快速响应智能防控体系平台,重点对补连塔煤矿矿压规律的分析方法及周期来压预测预报等进行分析研究,以提升企业安全管理和应急解危能力。 In Shendong mining area,there are many integrated information of ground pressure data sources,complex technical indicators and different early warning thresholds.In the past,the mine pressure monitoring system was mostly developed and operated based on sporadic fully mechanized mining face,lacked real-time response decision-making and early warning management system,and did not establish a comprehensive and unified management platform based on big data,it can not realize the in-depth mining and analysis of mine pressure monitoring data and intelligent prevention and control of safety management.Therefore,Shendong Coal Group has independently developed a remote early warning rapid response intelligent prevention and control system platform for mine pressure disaster safety monitoring in Shendong mining area,which integrates multi-source data real-time identification,dynamic safety risk intelligent assessment and hierarchical and efficient early warning,which realizes the effective integration of mine pressure monitoring data and enriches the means and methods of mine pressure monitoring.Based on the remote early warning and rapid response intelligent prevention and control system platform of mine pressure disaster safety monitoring in Shendong mining area,this paper focuses on the analysis method of mine pressure law and periodic weighting prediction in Bulianta Coal Mine,which effectively improves the enterprise’s safety management and emergency response ability.
