摘要 将当前更加先进的自动化控制技术应用到煤矿工作面的智能化建设中,已成为当前提高煤矿开采效率及作业安全的重要研究方向。为此,在分析胡家河煤矿402104工作面特点基础上,开展了该工作面中自动化控制系统的总体及关键分系统设计、关键仪器的选型设计等功能,并对该控制系统进行了实际应用。结果表明,该控制系统运行稳定可靠,自动化程度相对较高,能实时全面的对井下设备运行状态及参数进行监测和数据采集,实现了矿井中设备的自动化远程控制,达到了预期效果,具有重要实际应用价值。 The application of more advanced automation control technology to the intelligent construction of coal mining face has become an important research direction to improve coal mining efficiency and operation safety.Therefore,based on the analysis of the characteristics of 402104 working face in Hujiahe Coal Mine,the overall and key subsystem design of the automation control system,the selection design of key instruments and other functions are carried out,and the practical application of the control system is carried out.The results show that the operation of the control system is stable and reliable,and the degree of automation is relatively high,it can real-time and comprehensive monitoring and data acquisition of underground equipment operation status and parameters,realize the automatic remote control of mine equipment,achieve the expected effect,and has important practical application value.
