架空乘人装置检测检验对于保障矿井安全生产具有极其重要的作用,为了适应矿方安全生产要求和安全生产需要,对架空乘人装置的主要检测检验内容(基本工作条件、安全保护系统、制动系统、钢丝绳安全系数计算等)、检验要求以及检验方式、方法等,结合现场工作经验进行较为深入的讨论,对于一些常见问题进行简单分析,如猴车平均制动减速度测试的分析讨论,同时针对实际检测检验过程中出现的新问题,旧标准规范已无法满足新产品的要求,参考部分相关企业标准和设计文件提出改进建议。

The test and inspection of aerial passenger device plays an extremely important role in ensuring safe production in coal mine.In order to meet the requirements of safety production and the safety production needs of the coal mine,the main test and inspection contents of the aerial passenger device( basic working conditions,safety protection system,braking system,calculation of safety coefficient of wire rope,etc),inspection requirements,inspection methods,etc,are discussed in depth in combination with the field work experience.Some common problems are analyzed briefly,and the treatment opinions are put forward( such as the analysis and discussion of average braking deceleration test of monkey vehicle).Meanwhile,the old standard and specification cannot meet the new products and new requirements in the actual inspection process,some relevant enterprise standards and design documents are referred and suggestions for improvement were made.
