摘要
矿井瓦斯含量高、瓦斯压力大,通过调研晋城地区周边类似矿井立井筒揭煤采用的方法和淮南地区先进的瓦斯治理经验,总结出适合该矿的一套揭煤技术手段和管理手段。一是技术上创新采用了“大孔径、穿底深、多掏穴、孔畅通、节流抽”的技术手段,将周边普遍采用的74~94 mm钻孔改为113 mm,将钻孔穿透底板0.5~3 m改为进入底板10 m以上,将1/4的钻孔割缝增透到260 mm,并下护孔花管防止钻孔垮塌堵塞;抽采达标后采取截流抽采技术,大大减少了周边瓦斯向井筒内流动的几率。二是管理上采用“明责任、严考核”约束手段。钻孔施工实行“谁打钻谁负责,谁验孔谁负责”;参数测定实行“谁检测谁负责,谁监督谁负责”并严格考核,从而提高了施工、验收、试验、监督人员的责任心。结果表明,该矿井首次揭煤效果显著。
The mine has high gas content and high gas pressure.A set of coal uncovering technical means and management means suitable for the mine are summarized by investigating the methods used for coal uncovering in the vertical shaft of similar mines around Jincheng area and the advanced gas control experience in Huainan area.First,the technical innovation adopted the technical means of“large aperture,deep bottom penetration,multi hole digging,smooth hole and throttling pumping”,changed the 74~94 mm drilling hole commonly used around to 113 mm,changed the drilling hole penetrating the bottom plate from 0.5~3 m to more than 10 m into the bottom plate,increased the penetration of 1/4 of the drilling seam to 260 mm,and protected the hole flower tube to prevent the collapse and blockage of the drilling hole;After the drainage reaches the standard,the closure drainage technology is adopted,which greatly reduces the probability of surrounding gas flowing into the shaft.Second,the management adopts the restraint means of“clarifying responsibilities and strict assessment”.Drilling construction shall be carried out by“the one who drills shall be responsible,and the one who examines the hole shall be responsible”;The parameter measurement implements the principle of“who is responsible for detection,who is responsible for supervision”and strict assessment,so as to improve the sense of responsibility of construction,acceptance,test and supervision personnel.The results show that the first coal uncovering effect is remarkable.
