摘要 106煤矿1703综放工作面7号煤层为容易自燃煤层,为避免工作面回采期间采空区出现煤层自燃现象,结合工作面实际开采情况,从自然周期、煤层组分挥发性、工作面推进速度等方面分析了1703综放工作面回采期间自燃影响因素。结合不同影响因素的特点,制定了预测预报、灌浆防灭火、注惰防灭火等相结合的方案。经实践验证,1703综放工作面回采期间,未监测到采空区煤层自燃现象,实现了工作面的安全回采。 The No.7 coal seam of the 1703 fully mechanized caving face of the 106 coal mine is a coal seam that is prone to spontaneous combustion.In order to avoid the spontaneous combustion of coal seams in the goaf during the mining of the working face,combined with the actual mining situation of the working face,the factors affecting the spontaneous combustion of the 1703 fully mechanized caving face during the mining period were analyzed from the aspects of natural cycle,volatility of coal seam components,and advancing speed of the working face.Combining the characteristics of different influencing factors,formulated measures such as prediction and forecasting,grouting fire preventing and extinguishing,inert injection fire preventing and extinguishing.It has been verified by practice that during the mining of the 1703 fully mechanized caving face,the spontaneous combustion of the coal seam in the goaf was not detected,and the safe mining of the working face was achieved.
