摘要 煤矿资源开发利用会导致不同程度地出现资源耗竭、环境污染、生态破坏与区域发展衰退等问题。针对煤矿开采对地表生态环境的影响问题,以地质环境专业技术为主导,以发挥业务功能为目标,基于大数据、5G、智能传感器技术构建空天地生态大数据平台,统一数据标准,制定大数据监测的范围、内容、标志性要素、核心要素,构建矿区级生态、地质、环境监测网络。实践应用表明,该大数据平台能够实现多源多维数据的全方位感知、自动采集、分析、存储,可用于研究煤矿开采对地表生态地质环境的影响,实现煤矿区生态环境数字化全局管控与决策,能够为煤炭行业的重大发展战略提供数据和技术支撑。 The development and utilization of coal mine resources will lead to various problems such as resource depletion,environmental pollution,ecological damage and regional development decline.Aiming at the impact of coal mining on the surface ecological environment,with the professional technology of geological environment as the leading role and the goal of giving full play to business functions,based on big data,5G,and intelligent sensor technology to build a big data platform for the ecology of space-earth,unify data standards,formulate big data monitoring scope,content,iconic elements,core elements,build a mining area-level ecological,geological,environmental monitoring network.The practical application shows that the big data platform can realize the all-round perception,automatic collection,analysis and storage of multi-source and multi-dimensional data.It can be used to study the impact of coal mining on the surface ecological and geological environment,and realize the digital global management,control and decision-making of the ecological environment in the coal mining area,and it can provide data and technical support for major development strategies of the coal industry.
