神东煤炭IT集中运维平台规划研究

Research on planning of IT centralized operation and maintenance platform in Shendong Coal Group

神东煤炭集团有限责任公司是国家能源集团的骨干煤炭生产企业,随着公司信息化和智能化的深入发展,交换机、服务器、存储和信息系统等IT基础设施的规模不断扩大,提高IT基础设施的运维管理效率成为工作重点之一。从国家信息技术服务标准(ITSS)的视角出发,介绍了神东公司IT基础设施的管理现状,规划了神东IT集中运维平台的架构、目标和功能。分析认为,神东IT集中运维平台具备集中监控、实时告警、自动化巡检和可视化运维等功能,能够帮助神东公司提升IT运维管理效率;而进行科学的规划研究则有助于指导神东公司建立高效运维管理平台。

Shendong Coal Group is the backbone coal production enterprise of China Energy Group.With the further development of informatization and intellectualization in Shendong Coal Group,the scale of IT infrastructure such as switches,servers,storage and information systems is increasing,improve the operation and maintenance management efficiency of IT infrastructure is the content of great concern of the company’s IT department.In this paper,according to the requirements of National Information Technology Service Standards,the authors introduced the current situation of IT infrastructure management in Shendong Group,provided the architecture,objectives and functions of IT centralized operation and maintenance platform of Shendong.According to analysis,the platform has the functions of centralized monitoring,real-time alarm,automatic inspection and visual operation and maintenance,it can improve the efficiency of IT operation and maintenance management for Shendong Coal Group.The scientific planning research will guide Shendong Coal Group to establish an efficient centralized operation and maintenance management platform of IT infrastructure.
