带壳装药在不同材质破片撞击下的响应特性 被引量:1

摘要 为分析破片撞击条件下破片材质对带壳装药响应特性的影响,开展了钨、钢破片撞击带壳装药及钢壳试验研究,掌握了不同条件下的装药响应特性及碎片群形貌特征。端盖厚度为10 mm时,钨破片的冲击起爆是装药爆轰的主控机制,冲击波和机械刺激的共同作用导致钢破片作用下的装药爆轰;端盖厚度为12 mm时,机械刺激是导致装药反应的主要因素,钢破片撞击下发生了局部爆燃反应,而钨破片由于撞靶后具有更强的侵彻后效,发生了爆轰反应。 In order to analyze the influence of fragment material on reaction characteristics of covered charge under fragment impacting,research on tests of tungsten and steel fragments impacting covered charge and steel shell were carried out respectively,and charge reaction and debris morphology characteristics under different conditions were obtained.The results show that when thickness of the end cover is 10 mm,for tungsten fragments,impact initiation is the main control mechanism,but for steel fragment,charge detonation is caused by the combined action of shock wave and mechanical stimulation;when thickness of the end cover is 12 mm,mechanical stimulation is main factor of the charge reaction,which has a local deflagration reaction under impact of steel fragment;because tungsten fragment has a stronger penetration aftereffect after hitting the target,so the covered charge has a detonation reaction.
